Welders??? what does M.I.G. mean?as a mig welder

I work in a Steel Fab. shop in Saginaw.
A welder dropped off a hex wrench that had snapped,and he had welded it up.
I asked him what he used to weld it with?
he said "A mig wleder"...I said oh "metal inert gas"....he was like ..."what".
I said that what m.i.g. ment......he says...."iduno"....good thing I didn't say anything about a T.I.G. welder!!

one of my jobs at my work is running the 3 C.N.C. machines that we have.
I have known for years what C.N.C. means.
CNC means Computer Numerical Control

this one is so loud that it scared the cat out of the room...lol!!

now these are not the exact machines that we have being shown in the video,there just the only videos I found that where actully doing any punching ona pice of material.

this is a pic I found on the net of one of the machines,we do use Strippit C.N.C. Machines ,just not this exact one.
