Once out of the neighborhood there's a good stretch of road... a little over an eigth mile to get on it... and about that to shut her down... so a good run is ahead of us.
Now some people think short stroke motors rev faster than this long-stroke big inch small block Chevy... hahaha... ok, whatever.
7000rpm, drop the clutch... get out of shape... peddal a bit... get back on it with traction and run it up to 7000 in 1st... then 7000 in second... then up to 6500 or so in 3rd and let off.
Our turn into the neighborhood is coming up soon!
