Well, the front axle is chewing itself to bits.
Gm already rebuilt it twice. Apparently they couldn't get it right, so I have to take matters into my own hands.

Transmission is getting an upgrade too, and so is the rear end.
4L60E will soon be 4L65E-HD, with all the goodies packed inside to handle new horsepower and torque.
Rear end needs an Eaton Posi carrier, and the transfer case will be gone through just in case.

Engine upgrades.....It's a secret. You'll know about them when theyre done.

E-fans are coming soon - I'll be saving 2-3mpg on fuel with electric cooling fans, so that's the route im taking. Plus, I wont have that piece of crap clutch fan kicking in at 70mph.

Alternator upgrade is coming before E-fans. 145 amp should cut the mustard, plus I have the 4 farad cap backing my butt up. I may....May replace the rear tail light bulbs with LED lamps to save on voltage. Only if I can find bulbs that don't look like those cheezy Toucan Altezza tail lights that all the Kiddies have.

LED truck bed lights are on their way. NO more loading groceries in the dark. I plan on putting them under the rail OR on the fiberglass hard tonneau to illuminate the whole area and get better coverage. Either way, theyre easy on battery usage, and bright as all heck. I'll upload pics as I get things done.

This...of course...after my 98 bonnie is repaired and SOLD.
