Bookmark this link.

Next year at this time, (2-17-09) Analong TV signals will be shut off.

Which means, free TV as you know it won't exist.
If your not wealthy enough to recieve Digital Cable or Satellite feeds, You'll need a converter box, to swap the HDTV Digital signal to an analog signal.

This link will give you a free Governmental Coupon good for $40.00-$50 off the cost of the converter box.
It is only good for 90 days.

Well...

Mabee yes, Mabee no.

Depending on what they set the price of the converter boxes at...
Theyre looking at the $40-50 range right now, and with the coupon....

The box would be free.

So, I would get 2 coupons, that way your covered. One for the house, one for the garage.

BUT..... being this is a governmental program, Im sure it will be balled up and end up costing millions.

Get RG-6U.

RG-6 is satellite quality, preferrably Quad Shield.
The U means its certified for Underground burial, and often comes with a ground attached.
